Location and Setting

The Casa Marina is a regal building with beautifully landscaped gardens located at 1500 Reynolds Street, right on the beach. In fact, the hotel sits along the largest private beach in Key West. This makes it an excellent location for those coming to Key West to partake in some exciting water sports. The Casa Marina is also not far from Duval Street, the cultural center of Key West, and many local attractions and historical sites.

Dining Options

The Casa Marina offers three top quality dining experiences. The Strip House is an elegant and sophisticated New York style restaurant located at the Casa Marina’s sister resort, the Reach Resort, located in Old Town Key West. If you’re feeling particularly decadent you can follow your meal here with a slice of the famous 24-layer chocolate cake. The Strip House is divided into in-house and poolside dining and the menu of course, includes a wide and exotic variety of cocktails.

At the Wyndam Key West itself you’ll find the Lobby Bar and the Sun-Sun Beach Bar and Grill. The Sun-Sun provides an open air dining experience where you can relax and enjoy a meal while taking in the view of the beach. The Lobby bar offers Spanish style snacks and appetizers, as well as exotic drinks, including Absinthe concoctions which will get you warmed up for a night of partying on Duval Street.

Resort Features and Amenities

The hotel features two swimming pools with a pool concierge on hand, as well as a fitness center and laundry services. Boats are also available for rent directly from the hotel. The hotel also has facilities available for pets (a maximum of two per family) such as dog beds, although the size of the animals is restricted to 25 pounds. Babysitting service and cribs are also available, making this a very family-friendly location.

There are four different room types available, as well as one or two bedroom suites. All rooms contain either a king-size bed or two doubles. All rooms also contain a flat screen TV and receive delivery of a complimentary New York Times throughout the week. Rooms also have handy amenities such as hairdryers, mini-fridges and power converters for international travellers. The smallest guestrooms are around 300 square feet in area, while the much larger two-bedroom suites can top 900 square feet.

The Casa Marina has plenty of entertainment options ideal for families, including Jet Ski rental, kayak rental, as well as a variety of other water sports. There is also a combined Watersports Package available, which features a parasailing excursion, a snorkeling trip and a Jet Ski rental.
