It is located next door to the hotel and an easy walk, plus it provides free meals for kids. You can also relax with a drink and enjoy a light snack at the Poolside Tiki Bar when you’re out working on your tan.

Nearby Attractions
Key West has a reputation as one of the top fishing and diving spots in the world. There are opportunities for here for angler's to experience everything from flats fishing for bonefish and permit to offshore excursions for wahoo and marlin. There are plenty of local captains who run group fishing excursions or private charters. Swimming with dolphins is also a popular once-in-a-lifetime experience available to Key West visitors.
The hotel is also within a few miles of many historical sites and tourist attractions. Amongst these are the Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory and the Key West Aquarium. These are prime entertainment opportunities for those who want to experience some of the natural beauty of Key West but don’t like going out to sea or have a limited time to take in the sights.
For those interested in history, the home of Ernest Hemingway is also close to the Holiday Inn, as is the "Little White House" of former President Harry Truman. This is a beautiful building constructed in 1890 which has a rich history. President Truman spent much time there in the 1940s while the house was also occupied by Thomas Edison for in 1918 while he was working on weapons for the United States military.
One of the only drawbacks of this hotel is its distance from Old Town Key West. You will need to take a taxi to this area or have your own vehicle in town for transport. If you arrive by air you might also consider renting a scooter or electric car to travel around town.
